These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of surdam-sons.com (the "Site") and the submission of preliminary inquiries to Surdam & Sons Group ("SSG," "we," or "us").

Preliminary Inquiry Submission

Submission of an intake or inquiry form does not create a client relationship, engagement, or obligation on the part of SSG. All submissions are reviewed at SSG's sole discretion to determine whether conditions exist for a potential engagement.

You represent that all information submitted is accurate, complete, and provided with proper authority. SSG is not responsible for errors, omissions, or unauthorized submissions.

Confidentiality

Information submitted via intake forms will be treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of evaluating a potential engagement. However, no formal confidentiality agreement exists until a written engagement agreement is executed.

No Advisory Relationship

Nothing on this Site constitutes professional, legal, financial, or strategic advice. No advisory relationship exists until both parties execute a formal written agreement.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, design, graphics, and structure, is the property of SSG LLC. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SSG shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this Site or reliance on any information provided.
